The Education and Health & Safety department is based at our Regional Office in Halesowen. The department is the support engine for over 3,000 shop stewards, safety representatives and learner representatives, who assist and represent thousands of our members throughout the Birmingham and West Midland Region.
Legal Services
The Legal department is based at the Regional Office and provides a variety of legal services for our members across the region.

Equal Rights
The Equal Rights department campaigns on a number of issues, such as equal pay, racial equality and equality at work for lesbian and gay employees.

Race Equality
The GMB is committed to promoting racial equality; stamping out racial harassment in the workplace is at the forefront of our agenda.
